Role Description

We’re looking for a Creative Intern / Working Student to join our Berlin team in a hybrid setup.

In this role, you’ll support the team across creative research, content ideas, moodboards, social media, project preparation and day-to-day coordination. You’ll help with brainstorming, visual references, community research, reporting and admin tasks across different projects and brand collaborations.

This role is for someone who is curious, organised and excited to be close to the process, from first idea to final execution.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in culture, fashion, music, design, events and creative communities
• Creative eye and enthusiasm for content, concepts and visual research
• Ability to conduct research and turn findings into clear, useful insights
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing different tasks at the same time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Interest in community-driven projects and digital platforms
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup based in Berlin
• Currently studying in a relevant field such as communications, marketing, design, culture, media or business
• German and/or Turkish is a plus
