Job Responsibilities

The Intern role will support following global AI project:

Description

The project aims to create a central SharePoint-based workspace for a global team, where business data and information are structured and made accessible through AI-powered Copilot agents.

Instead of searching through folders, users will interact with specific AI agents to analyse data, retrieve insights, and support daily decisions, with minimal additional workload for the team to store data in the workspace.

Tasks

• Support the design and setup of a structured SharePoint environment
• Define data structures and metadata for AI Copilot utilization
• Configure multiple Copilot agents with specific tasks or scope
• Test, iterate, and refine the AI agents together with business users
  
  

Profile / Capabilities

• Strong interest in digitalization, AI, and process optimization
• Highly self-driven and proactive: motivated to independently figure out how to technically implement solutions (setting up SharePoint structures, configuring Copilot agents, testing new approaches)
• Comfortable learning new tools hands-on and finding solutions without predefined instructions
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot / Copilot Studio / SharePoint is a plus
• fluent in English and German
