Our team at the BMW Group focuses on Customer Journey Analytics, where we develop and scale AI and analytics products globally. We combine modern AI technologies with cloud-based solutions to drive data-driven decisions across products, processes, and customer experiences.
What awaits you?
- You will gain insights into global analytics, AI products, and their scaling within a large organization.
- Furthermore, you contribute to AI and analytics initiatives that impact products, internal processes, and customer journey decisions.
- In addition, you support the design, implementation, and operation of cloud-based AI solutions on AWS.
- Moreover, you help with modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models, AI Agents, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- You will assist in building and scaling AI-driven applications, automation solutions, intelligent workflows, and KPI dashboards.
- Furthermore, you support analyzing large datasets to better understand customer behavior, business performance, and product impact.
- In addition, you collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business teams across Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and AI Engineering.
- Studies in computer science, business informatics, data science or a related field with at least 12 months remaining until graduation.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, cloud-native application development, Python, and APIs.
- Experience in Data Engineering, including large-scale datasets, data pipelines, and data processing frameworks.
- Experience with AI developer tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Visual Studio Code, or similar solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, with attention to detail and motivation to deliver high-quality results.
- Proactive mindset and ability to collaborate in international cross-functional teams, experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Fluent German and English language skills.

Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
