• Studium der Pädagogik, Psychologie oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personal
• Fundierte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohes Maß an Motivation
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
