Are you passionate about people and leadership? Would you like to gain insights into the exciting world of Lufthansa Airlines and make a real contribution through your commitment during your internship? Then the Leadership Development team is the right place for you!

Tasks

Our team is responsible for management development at Lufthansa Airlines with a focus on managers in the operational areas.

In addition to initiatives to strengthen the feedback culture and the creation of tailored development programs for managers, our services also include the implementation of the annual employee survey and many other exciting projects.

  • Project work in the role of PMO, i.e. support with project planning, operational management, follow-up and tracking
  • Collaboration on the conceptual design and further development of management formats and concepts
  • Organization, preparation and evaluation of workshops and training courses as well as support in their implementation
  • Management of offer platforms (e.g. SharePoint)
  • Event planning and administration, communication and internal marketing activities

Requirements

You are open to a wide range of tasks from concept to administration, share our "we get things moving!" mindset and receive structured training and support. If we have capacity, we offer insights into other exciting areas.

  • At the time of the internship, you must be at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course in human resources, psychology, business administration, economics/social sciences or similar
  • Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
  • Ideally initial experience in HR and/or project management
  • Organizational talent and strengths in reliably juggling between tasks

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
