Tasks
Lufthansa Airlines stands for innovation, quality and customer proximity. For the relocation and redesign of the Uniform Service Center, we are looking for a committed person to design the relocation, new store concept, process optimization as well as digital solutions and modern equipment.
- Planning and implementation of the relocation of the Uniform Service Center
- Development and implementation of new store concepts and customer-oriented processes
- Management and coordination of all relocation-related measures (incl. relocation, layout, equipment, IT)
- Cooperation with internal and external partners (facility management, logistics, suppliers, IT)
- Analysis of existing processes and identification of optimization potential
- Training and integrating employees into new processes and concepts

Requirements
For the internship in uniform management, we are looking for students from the 3rd semester with current enrollment. Ideally, you should have some experience in relocation projects, project management skills, organizational talent, an innovative spirit and a very good command of German and English.
- At the time of the internship you are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course
- Matriculation for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of matriculation and a written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application)
- Completed or ongoing studies (e.g. business administration, project management, logistics, fashion design) or comparable qualification
- Experience in the implementation of relocation projects, ideally in the retail or service sector
- Developed project management skills and understanding of processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enjoyment of innovation and hands-on mentality
- Good written and spoken German and English skills

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
