You’ll have the opportunity to elevate your early career path by learning the inner workings of a fast-growing global sports apparel company, through hands-on experience with colleagues across multiple departments, as well as with external partners and guests throughout the region.

The Intern People & Culture EMEA is part of the Arc’teryx EMEA People & Culture team, reporting directly into the Learning & Development Lead EMEA, and supporting the rest of the People & Culture team.

The position is only open as a mandatory internship position in Germany, and the candidate must be working on-site in our Garching office (near Munich), with possibility for remote work up to 2 days per week. The internship is for 6 months with a starting date in September 2026. Candidates must have the right to work in Germany.

If you were a Talent Development & Culture Activation Intern now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • You support Employee Experiences & Culture Activations, such as EMEA Summit (in-person event), Winter Celebration (virtual/hybrid) and more. This will strengthen your event planning and execution skills in cross-functional teams

  • Support our regional Basecamp Onboarding program (organization, execution, facilitation)

  • Support Talent Development offerings, by serving as technical support during virtual and in-person workshops

  • You own an internship project: “Live It Playbook EMEA” (creation of a regional collection for team offsite ideas)

  • You support “Leadership and Gear Library 2.0”: inventory management, rental system improvement

  • You support the development and regionalization of new workshops.

  • You support internal communication tasks (to workshop attendees and employees)

  • You assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Are you our next Intern Talent Development & Culture Activation EMEA?

  • You thrive in a fast moving, multi-project work environment

  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity

  • You have experience working with the Office pack.

  • You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.

  • Experience such as a first internship and/or relevant extracurricular activities is a plus.

  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it!
