Join our Local Operations Team in Munich as we continue to revolutionize the micro-mobility space. As an Intern at Lime you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics, fleet management, in warehouse and out of warehouse operations while progressively increasing autonomy and responsibility. You will contribute to process optimization and drive efficiency improvements in daily operations. The internship serves as a possible pipeline for future full time role at Lime.

This is a warehouse position that requires onsite presence at our Munich warehouse during assigned business hours for a duration of 6 months.
What You’ll Do
- Support local operations coordination, taking on increasing levels of responsibility.
- Analyze and improve task flows, including deployment, collection, rebalancing, and vehicle placement.
- Own specific process optimization work-streams to enhance vehicle utilization and reduce costs.
- Assist warehouse operations with capacity and resource planning.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with logistics partners and on-ground Lime staff.
- Support administrative efforts such as contract follow-ups, internal approvals, and purchase order tracking.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
- Recent Bachelor/Master graduates or Master’s students in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative-driven, organized, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
- Communicative level of English (both written and spoken.)
- A structured internship program with clear missions and objectives from day one.
