Your Role

As a Working Student supporting our Operations Digital Solutions Engineering function, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of Munich Electrification’s operational systems, processes, and digital tool landscape. Working closely with the Digital Solutions Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience across process optimization, system testing, digitalization initiatives, data-driven decision making, and the application of modern technologies to improve how we work. This role offers broad exposure to the intersection of operations, technology, and continuous improvement within a fast-growing company.

Your future tasks at a glance

  • Support the documentation, analysis, and continuous improvement of operational processes and digital workflows.

  • Assist in testing, validating, and improving internal applications, integrations, and business systems.

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user guides, knowledge base articles, and process documentation.

  • Support data analysis, reporting, and investigations to identify operational insights and improvement opportunities.

  • Assist in the implementation of digitalization, automation, and AI-driven initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and scalability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, track progress, and support the successful delivery of improvement projects.

What you bring with you

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented mindset.

  • Curious about how systems, processes, data, and technology interact within a business environment.

  • Initial exposure to programming, scripting, databases, automation, AI tools, or business systems is beneficial.

  • Comfortable learning and working with new technologies, digital tools, and ways of working.

  • Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to take ownership of tasks and ideas.

  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to challenge existing ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
