About this Position At Color Catcher & Laundry Additives, you’ll have the chance to shape the future of laundry care and grow your career in an international environment. What You´ll Do
- Gain hands-on experience in brand management, portfolio strategy and product development, working closely with passionate experts from across Europe.
- Support innovation and relaunch projects for Color Catcher and Laundry Additives
- Take ownership of key marketing tasks and drive small projects independently
- Analyze consumer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to new product and packaging concept development
- Collaborate with international teams and external partners on day-to-day activities
- Enrolled student in business-related studies, ideally with a focus on marketing
- First practical or international experience, e.g., internship or semester abroad, is a plus
- Fluent in English, German or other languages are an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with AI tools, e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a hands-on, team-oriented mindset
- Proactive, creative and open-minded personality with a drive to learn
- Availability as of September 2026, ideally for 6 months
