You support our team as

Mandatory Intern / Working Student in the field of Employer Branding & Personnel Marketing (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • You will support the team in the implementation of HR marketing & employer branding campaigns
  • You will prepare Freudenberg's presence at career fairs and in-house events
  • You will independently conduct research and analysis projects to identify new trends in the field of HR marketing & employer branding
  • You will carry out community management on employer rating portals such as Kununu
  • You support the team with administrative issues

Qualifications

  • You are currently enrolled at a university and are either required to complete a mandatory internship as part of your degree program or are available for a working student position with a minimum duration of 6 months and 20 hours per week on-site
  • You are at least in the 3rd semester of your studies in economics, communications, marketing or event management or in a comparable course of study
  • You have already gained some practical experience in the HR environment, e.g. through internships or as a working student
  • You are characterized by a high level of commitment, an independent and structured way of working and reliability
  • Your strengths include excellent communication skills in dealing with various internal interfaces and external contacts
  • You feel comfortable working with Microsoft Office
  • As our team is internationally oriented, very good German and English language skills are essential
