- Unterstützung bei der Contentplanung und Erstellung der HR- Medieninhalte für unser Mitarbeiterportal
- Inhaltliche Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Young Talent- Employer Branding Strategie sowie Unterstützung in Rebranding-Projekten
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Awareness-Formaten und externen Kommunikationskampagnen
- Unterstützung im Karriere-Event Management (In-House, Digital und Extern)
- Studium im Bereich BWL, Marketing, Journalismus/Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
- Digital Native mit kreativem Gespür für zielgruppenrelevante redaktionelle Contenterstellung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Microsoft Teams
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähigkeit und hohe Eigeninitiative
- Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
