Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Employer Branding Maßnahmen und Projekten.
- Du verantwortest das operative Social Media Management unserer Karriere-Kanäle (Instagram, LinkedIn & Co.), bist für unseren Redaktionsplan zuständig und erstellst Texte sowie Video- und Bildcontent für Social Media.
- Du steuerst die laufende Aktualisierung unserer Karriereseite, beobachtest Trends und Best Practices im Employer Branding und Social Media und leitest daraus kreative Impulse für neue Maßnahmen ab.
- Du wirkst bei den internen Abstimmungsprozessen mit und kommunizierst selbstständig mit Dienstleistern.
Profil
- Du bist immatrikuliert und studierst Personal-, Marketing-, Kommunikations- und Medienwissenschaften o.ä., und bist für insgesamt 20 Stunden und an 3 Tagen pro Woche verfügbar.
- Du bist ein kreativer Kopf, kommunikativ, hast Spaß am Schreiben und interessierst dich für aktuelle Social Media Trends.
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Employer Branding, Personal-/ Marketing oder Content Creation sind von Vorteil.
- Den sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, vor allem PowerPoint, setzen wir voraus.
- Eine hohe Eigeninitiative, schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
