Die Position

Wir suchen eine zuverlässige und sorgfältige Daten- & Dokumentationsassistenz, die unser Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft, vor Ort in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, unterstützt. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Pflege unserer Datenbank sowie der strukturierten Erfassung und Übertragung von Fragebogenantworten und Lieferantendaten.

Angaben Zur Tätigkeit

• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Daten in internen Systemen und Datenbanken
• Übertragung und Dokumentation von Fragebogenantworten
• Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, Vollständigkeit und Konsistenz
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Lieferantendokumentationen
• Durchführung einfacher Datenprüfungen und Korrekturen
• Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung im Qualitäts- und Lieferantenmanagement
  
  

Fachliche Und Persönliche Anforderungen

• Eingeschriebener Student in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengang
• Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Erste Erfahrung in Datenpflege, Administration oder Büroorganisation von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
• Fähigkeit, selbstständig und gewissenhaft zu arbeiten
• Grundverständnis für Qualitäts- oder Lieferantenprozesse wünschenswert
• Gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
