Why We Are Looking For a Working Student

As our Oncology portfolio continues to grow and evolve, enabling colleagues with the right knowledge, skills, and resources is essential to support our shared mission of improving outcomes for patients. The Training Team Oncology Europe & Canada is looking for a motivated, open, and digitally curious working student to support the delivery of high-quality learning experiences across our European and Canadian organization. You will play an important role in helping us make learning resources accessible to colleagues across different countries and languages, while gaining hands-on experience in global capability building, digital learning solutions, and innovative technologies.

The Team

The Training Team Oncology Europe & Canada is a strategic function within the Oncology Business Unit, dedicated to building the knowledge, skills, and capabilities needed to support our teams and ultimately improve outcomes for patients.

We partner closely with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams across Europe and Canada to translate business priorities into impactful learning solutions.

Through onboarding programs, scientific education, learning pathways, capability development initiatives, and training experiences, we support colleagues in continuously developing their expertise and successfully contributing to Daiichi Sankyo’s oncology mission.

Our team promotes a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation by leveraging modern learning approaches, digital tools, and global collaboration.
