As of September 2026 we are looking for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) for our Global Master Data Team at Global Head Office DHL Freight in Bonn for 6 months (20 hours/week).

In this role, you will assist with maintaining and validating customer and supplier master data. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented student who enjoys working with data and contributing to high-quality business processes in an international environment.

In this role, you will:

• Review and validate customer and supplier master data requests.
• Perform data quality checks and identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Support the Global Master Data team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with defined master data standards and processes.
• Assist in data cleansing and documentation activities.
  
  
  

Our perfect match:

• You are currently enrolled in the field of Business Administration, Economic Science, or any comparable program within Germany
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and structured way of working.
• Good analytical skills and affinity for data.
• Fluent German (C1) and good English skills
• You are a person with a self-motivated character and a proactive working style
• You are available for 20 hours/week up to February/March 2027.
  
  
  

Please note this is a hybrid work position, requiring you to be frequently in the Bonn Head Office.
