Purpose of the function

The working student's main mission is to support the Global Oncology Marketing, Access and Pricing (GOMAP), Global Oncology Pricing Analytics, Operations and Payer Excellence team in their projects related to the development of access capabilitiesand operational excellence.

Location: Munich

Fixed-term, 20 hours/week

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance of the Global Access Academy Platform for upskilling of the Access teams and onboarding of new team members.
  • Support with creating and reviewing training materials.
  • Schedule and organise trainings, acting as point of contact for enquiries andsupporting individuals undertaking the training.
  • Provide administrative support for training sessions, including scheduling, logistics.
  • Provide pre- and post-training communication to participants, including instructional materials and follow-up resources.
  • Coordinate the internal newsletter process, including timelines, content, reviews, and distribution.
  • Support the internal AI knowledge tool for Market Access colleagues.
  • Support the GOMAP Pricing Analytics, Operations and Payer Excellence team with ad hoc requests as needed.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student at a college/university; Studies in the field of business administration, Health Economics or related field
  • Demonstrated project management and training management skills and experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English (both in written as spoken); Knowledge of other languages considered an asset
  • Good interpersonal skills: Team-player with intercultural sensitivity
  • Good organisational skills, efficient way of working
  • Independent and goal oriented working approach
  • Great attention to detail/accuracy and focus on flawless execution
  • Open-minded and willing to learn and develop
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel,PowerPoint, Sharepoint etc.)
  • Tech-savvy, with an interest in AI and strong ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
