During your internship, you'll gain valuable insights into strategic topics such as Sourcing, Remarketing and Services Management, while collaborating across departments in an international context.
What awaits you?
- You will support our team in strategic topics within an international business environment.
- Furthermore, you help all teams at B2B Fleet International Operations with their daily operational tasks.
- In addition, you assist in preparing presentations and comprehensive analyses for stakeholders.
- Moreover, you will help to organize conferences and workshops and contribute to their successful execution.
- Studies in business administration, international management, economics or a related field.
- Very good skills in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Ability to contribute effectively in international teams.
- Innovative thinking and structured approach to tasks.
- Fluent business English and good German language skills.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Operations in Munich für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
