About The Role
An early-stage enterprise AI company in the procurement intelligence space is looking for a Founder's Associate Intern / Working Student to join their Berlin team. You'll work directly alongside the CEO, drive high-volume outbound outreach, and help shape the enterprise sales playbook from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants to learn enterprise B2B sales by doing the real work — not by watching from the sidelines.
The company builds AI-native software that helps industrial manufacturers make smarter procurement decisions. They are at an early stage with real enterprise customers and growing fast.

This role is based on-site in Berlin (Kreuzberg), with hybrid flexibility. Candidates must be available to work from the Berlin office. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Compensation is in line with standard intern / working student arrangements in Berlin. This is a part-time or internship engagement suited for a current student or recent graduate looking to gain deep, practical exposure to enterprise sales and early-stage startup operations.

What You'll Do
- Run outbound outreach at scale via email and LinkedIn to generate qualified enterprise pipeline with procurement leaders at industrial manufacturers.
- Research target accounts, identify the right contacts, and spot trigger events for timely, relevant outreach.
- Write personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages in both German and English.
- Manage and execute multi-touch sequences and follow-ups to maximize reply and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze outreach metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and run A/B tests weekly to improve performance.
- Enrich, maintain, and clean target account data in the CRM.
- Prepare meeting materials including competitive research, company briefings, and tailored one-pagers for specific accounts.
- Design and iterate on messaging experiments to inform the company's GTM playbook.
- Sit in on strategy discussions, product demos, and investor conversations to gain full context.
- Take on ad-hoc startup tasks such as event prep, partnership research, market analysis, or investor deck updates as needed.
Must-haves
- Based in Berlin and available to work from the Kreuzberg office (hybrid arrangement possible).
- Hands-on experience with outbound outreach at scale for enterprise customers — researching accounts, crafting personalized messages, managing multi-touch sequences across email and LinkedIn.
- Strong professional writing skills in both German and English — you can write a compelling cold email in German to a Head of Procurement and a polished investor update summary in English.
- Currently enrolled as a student or recently graduated in business, engineering, or a similarly rigorous field.
- Ability to support enterprise sales materials: competitive research, account briefings, tailored one-pagers.
- Experience using CRM systems for data enrichment, outreach tracking, and data hygiene.
- Willingness to take on varied startup tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Exposure to procurement processes or domain knowledge.
- Interest or experience in B2B enterprise sales or AI.
- Evidence of an entrepreneurial mindset — a side project, club leadership, startup involvement, or something you've built or organized.
