Sales Intern

About the Role

We are an early-stage AI marketing technology (martech) startup based in Munich, Germany, helping brands win visibility in AI-driven search platforms. Our platform enables companies across a wide range of industries — including pharma, medtech, finance, law, and media — to optimize their content for AI search engines and generative AI platforms.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our small, fast-moving team. You'll work side-by-side with experienced sales professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to B2B sales processes, outreach tools, and pipeline management — all while making a real contribution to the team's goals from day one.

What You'll Do

• Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads to support pipeline growth.
• Conduct guided outreach to prospective customers via email and phone.
• Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate pipeline management.
• Prepare sales collateral, presentations, and tailored proposals for prospects.
• Coordinate meetings and product demos between prospects and account teams.
• Track sales metrics and generate reports to inform team decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and materials.
• Support social media and content outreach efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled as a university student (undergraduate or graduate) with internship eligibility in Germany.
• Authorized to work in Germany — visa sponsorship is not available.
• Proficiency in German (conversational to professional level, spoken and written).
• Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Genuine interest in sales, marketing, content creation, or AI/search technology.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and basic analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have:

• 0–1 years of prior sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Basic video editing or content creation skills.
• Interest in AI, generative search, or SEO/AEO.
• Additional languages beyond German and English.

Location
