Description provided by neospaces

neospaces is a new kind of commercial real estate brokerage. Proprietary technology. Personal dedication. Nationwide reach. For brands that want the perfect location — and owners looking for the perfect tenant.

We're looking for a Business Development Intern who wants to learn how a fast-growing, tech-driven brokerage actually wins business. You'll sit close to the commercial engine — research, outreach, pipeline, partnerships — and see deals come together from the first signal to the signed mandate.

If you're ambitious, organized, and want real responsibility (not coffee runs), this is for you.

Aufgaben

  • Read the market — hunt down owners, brands, and expansion signals before the competition does

  • Build and maintain our prospect lists and keep the CRM sharp, clean, and current — the foundation of every deal we close

  • Get outreach moving — draft, send, and follow up on email and LinkedIn campaigns

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand the hottest ones to our brokers

  • Arm the team — help prepare pitch materials, market maps, and account briefs

  • Track what's working and share it — you'll see the numbers, not just guess

Qualifikation

  • Currently studying or recently graduated — business, economics, real estate, or a field you can make a case for

  • A clear interest in sales, business development, or commercial real estate

  • Strong organization and attention to detail — you keep things tidy and on track

  • German-native speaker and fluent in english

  • Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, LinkedIn) and quick to learn new ones

  • Proactive, reliable, and hungry to take on real work

  • Available for a 3–6 month internship, on-site in Berlin

Benefits

  • Real responsibility from day one — you own tasks, not busywork

  • Direct mentorship from founders and senior brokers

  • A front-row seat to how a tech-driven brokerage builds pipeline and closes deals

  • Proprietary tools competitors don't have — matching, qualification, lead generation, all AI-powered

  • A paid internship, modern office in Berlin, top equipment

  • A potential path to a permanent role for the right person

  • Flat hierarchies, short decision paths, startup energy

Ready to learn business development where it actually happens? Let's talk.

Working student essentials

What this Sales internship in Berlin means for you: the pay rules, the social contributions, and what international students should check before applying.

Weekly hours

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.

Working student rules

Social contributions

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.

International students

Non-EU students can work 140 full or 280 half days per year (raised from 120/240 in March 2024). A working student contract usually fits within this — confirm the exact limits printed on your residence permit.
