About the Role

As a Sales Working Student (Outreach), you’ll be part of our Growth team, focusing on outbound outreach to grow our sales pipeline. You’ll engage with decision makers to uncover sustainability-related pain points and book meetings for our Account Executives.

Your job

  • Run multi-channel outreach: Engage prospects through calls, email, and LinkedIn campaigns to generate interest and conversations.
  • Lead outbound calling: Spend most of your time speaking with relevant decision-makers to understand their sustainability needs.
  • Build pipeline: Book qualified meetings for our Account Executives and contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Learn fast: Develop core sales skills, including pain discovery, objection handling, and structured outreach frameworks through hands-on training and mentorship.
  • Diligent CRM keeping: Accurately document activities, conversations, and outcomes in HubSpot to keep data clean and actionable.
  • Track and report: Track your KPIs, and share your outreach activity, results, and learnings with the sales team.
  • Deliver results: Work towards clear targets with the right tools, support, and coaching to consistently meet or exceed them.

About you

  • You communicate clearly in English: You’re confident both verbally and in writing (native or equivalent proficiency).
  • You’re motivated by impact: Hitting your personal targets means directly contributing to the growth of a purpose-led business.
  • You’re interested in a sales career: This role is your entry point into a long-term path in B2B tech / SaaS sales.
  • You’re comfortable on the phone: You’re confident speaking with new people and enjoy outbound calling as part of outreach.
  • You’re a strong listener: You pick up on what’s said (and what isn’t) to understand prospects and identify real pain points.
  • You want to learn and grow: You actively seek feedback and turn it into action.

What We Offer

  • Career launchpad: Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, VC-backed startup, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
  • Competitive compensation: Base salary above minimum wage with potential to exceed €20 per hour when hitting targets
  • Coaching and growth: Structured onboarding, regular one-to-one sessions, and mentorship from experienced sales professionals
  • Great location: Work in Kreuzberg, Berlin, next to the canal, with access to a modern co-working space
  • Team culture: Weekly brunches and monthly team sessions (lunch & learns, offsites, or half-day retreats).
  • International exposure: Collaborate with a global team (UK & EU)
  • Team environment: Join a young, agile, and diverse team built on transparency and autonomy

Right to Work: We are currently only accepting applications from candidates who have the right to work in Germany.

Application Process: Please send your CV and a cover letter to [email protected].

No recruiters, please.
