Department Description & Job Purpose

Join our dynamic Technology, Transformation, and Strategy team within Allianz's Inhouse Consulting division, where we drive innovation and excellence across customer projects and via our service offerings by leveraging cutting-edge technology and strategic insights. As a working student, you will support an international team as a “part-time consultant” and contribute to the development of a new service offering and other internal initiatives as well gain valuable working experience within a large-scale initiative. The role provides the opportunity to engage with diverse stakeholders, contribute to strategic initiatives, and enhance your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of a new service offering by conducting research, analysis, and supporting the overall setup and coordination.
  • Provide support to project teams in a dynamic, international set-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to organize meetings and document project progress.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and assist in knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint and Excel.

Key Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong command of English; proficiency in German (minimum B1) is a plus.
  • Interest in technology, consulting methodologies, and strategic development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest to drive initiatives autonomously under the guidance of a consultant or project manager.
  • An affinity for solving problems, proactivity and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong skills with PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Previous experience in IT Transformation or Project Management is a plus, with an understanding of managing project deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to innovative projects.
  • Understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks. Interest in supporting clients in adopting AI for successful business transformation.
  • You can start as of October 2026 and are interested in a working student position for at least 6 months part time (16-20 h/week)

Dank des Werkstudentenprivilegs zahlst du keine Beiträge zur Kranken-, Pflege- und Arbeitslosenversicherung — nur die Rentenversicherung greift. Dir bleibt mehr netto als in einem regulären Job.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
