Department Description & Job Purpose

Our department is responsible for all forms of communication, both external and internal, and we perform a wide range of tasks including maintaining our intranet platform, social media, and creating all sorts of communication-related pieces. Our team is very international and we work closely together with colleagues in India, Mauritius, Romania, Portugal, Spain, Morocco, and across several other locations.

We are passionate about innovative and creative ways of communicating using multiple different media formats to create impact. What You Do

• Supporting in the planning and creation of creative media formats for internal and external communications (e.g., on Social Media channels such as Instagram and LinkedIn)
• Graphic design support
• Video and podcast production/editing support
• Podcast production/editing support
• Ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and audience preferences
• Cooperating with different departments and international project teams
• Preparing newsletters/other communications materials
• Supporting the team in the planning and delivery of global internal events
• Aligning communications material with key stakeholder groups
  
  

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program (preferred) in Communications, Marketing, Creative Media, or a related field
• Previous familiarity with different creative media formats (i.e. podcast production, infographics, video production etc.)
• Social Media know-how
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Curios about AI and eager to explore innovative ways to integrate AI into corporate communications activities
• Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills
• You are interested in an internship for a minimum of 6 months in full-time (38h/week) and can start in October/November
