What You’ll Build
You will support the Go-To-Market Strategy Projects team – a small, diverse, high performing team with members from tier 1 management consulting companies and experts with strong business background. Expect to collaborate with team members across the globe.
Main Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of strategy formulation and problem solving, including identifying pain points, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations
- Contribute to multiple project teams at the same time, coordinating and working on relevant topics while being a fully respected team member
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization to drive and deliver insights
- Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a top university
- Preferred fields of study: Business Management, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Analytics, Engineering, etc.
- Computer skills: Advanced MS Office Suite knowledge, focus PowerPoint and Excel and experience with AI tools, e.g., MS CoPilot, Claude, etc.
- Language skills: fluent in English, German is a plus
- Preferred previous experience: Strategy and/or Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy and project-based high-performance work environments
- Ability to work independently and in a proactive, structured manner with a hands-on, reliable working style, even in high-pressure situations
- Strong analytical and communication skills, flexibility and motivation to work in an international and intercultural team
- Willingness to learn and collaborate
- Responsibility and ability to drive topics open-mindedly and focused on the end-result
