Working student Legal & Compliance - Investment Guideline Management (f/m/d)

We are currently looking for a Working Student to join the Legal & Compliance – Investment Guideline Management (IGM) Surveillance Team! This position is based in our Frankfurt office.

About The Job

 

The Investment Guideline Management (IGM) Surveillance team is part of the Global Legal & Compliance department. The team ensures that regulatory, client and internal investment restrictions for European retail and institutional funds are compliant.

IGM acts as a partner to Portfolio Management, Client Services and Product teams, contributing to excellence across the entire Investment Compliance process chain.

What You Do

• Perform regular monitoring and reporting tasks, including checks of collateral for agency lending and OTC derivatives, debit interest checks, and reporting of guideline check results to special custodians
• Analyse automated guideline check results and take over temporary backup responsibilities where needed
• Support change projects, including robotics process automation initiatives, analysis tasks, management reporting and documentation
• Proactively improve processes through the use of VBA and/or other technologies
• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Master student in Financial/Economic or Asset Management
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
