Intern Sustainability Strategist (f/m/d)

We are currently looking for an Intern Sustainability Strategist to join the Sustainable and Impact Investing Team! This position is based in our Frankfurt office.

About The Job

 

With 35+ dedicated Sustainability professionals and over 200 sustainability- and impact-focused products, AllianzGI offers a broad range of strategies according to our clients’ values and sustainability preferences.

You will be an integral part of the Sustainable and Impact Investing department and support the Sustainability Strategist team in a variety of activities across research, client engagement and strategy development.

What You Do

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with the Sustainability team and other functions to handle day-to-day requests (e.g. ESG due diligence questionnaires, presentations)
• Provide information to clients and stakeholders regarding AllianzGI’s sustainable investment capabilities
• Assist in developing sustainable investment strategies.
  
  

What You Bring

• Studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or in a gap year between Bachelor and Master, in sustainable finance, economics, business administration, environmental sciences or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are beneficial
• Previous internships and/or working student experience in a similar field is a plus
• Ability to work well in an international, diverse and highly interdisciplinary environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and creative mindset
• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
