1. Master the Execution (The Foundation)
- Hunt for Talent: Identify top tech profiles through creative sourcing channels and engage them proactively.
- Own the Experience: Take charge of the candidate journey and ensure every single interaction with smartclip is a "wow" experience.
- Build the Network: Establish yourself as a trusted partner for our hiring managers and help them find the perfect match.
2. Drive the Innovation (The Future)
Support us evolve TA from a process into a strategic advantage:
- Enable AI: Test and implement new AI tools to make our recruiting smarter, faster, and more efficient.
- Optimize the Machine: Refine workflows in our ATS TeamTailor and establish automations that free up time for what really matters – the people.
- Shift the Paradigm: Support us in moving towards skills-based hiring frameworks and data-driven decision-making.
3. Amplify the Brand (The Visibility)
- Create Narratives: Develop employer branding initiatives that actually resonate within the tech bubble and position us as the employer of choice.
Your skills
- Academic Background: Study Psychology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- First Tracks: Bring initial experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR management – a passion for the tech ecosystem is a huge plus.
- Growth Mindset: Embrace a steep learning curve, stay tech-savvy, and always challenge the status quo.
