WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Your tasks include the monitoring of PR and Social Media activities and the creation of reports
• You will support in agency management in the area of new PR creation and distribution
• You will work on Social Media content creation and related activities
• You will assist in the implementation of new Social Media formats
• You will be involved in driving awareness for our strategic topics
• You will evaluate generative AI tools and approaches for business effectiveness, ensuring they align with security and compliance standards
• You will assist in the preparation and delivery of generative AI training sessions
• You take on administrative tasks in marketing

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You are enrolled at an university with a focus on marketing, ideally PR, Social Media, new media or similar
• Relevant experience in PR & Social Media and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• You have a high interest in generative AI technology in business and first experience in utilization
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills are essential
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the MS Office software package (excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills) is an advantage
• A proactive and reliable way of working is essential in this position
