This position needs to be 100% on-site in our Ottobrunn office

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Operational support for the Product Management team, with full responsibility for handling customer inquiries and coordinating with internal stakeholders across Europe and Japan.
• Maintenance and updating of product information for passive electronic components in internal databases and systems.
• Definition, tracking, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams and the Marketing department to provide up-to-date product data and materials (e.g., presentations, brochures).
• Analysis of competitors and market trends.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Product Management, the electronics industry, and passive electronic components.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner.
• Open and communicative personality with a high level of self-motivation and eagerness to learn.
• Fluent English skills and good German language proficiency.
• Availability to work approximately 12-18 hours per week on-site at our office in Ottobrunn
