This position needs to be 100% on-site in our Ottobrunn office
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Operational support for the Product Management team, with full responsibility for handling customer inquiries and coordinating with internal stakeholders across Europe and Japan.
- Maintenance and updating of product information for passive electronic components in internal databases and systems.
- Definition, tracking, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams and the Marketing department to provide up-to-date product data and materials (e.g., presentations, brochures).
- Analysis of competitors and market trends.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Product Management, the electronics industry, and passive electronic components.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner.
- Open and communicative personality with a high level of self-motivation and eagerness to learn.
- Fluent English skills and good German language proficiency.
- Availability to work approximately 12-18 hours per week on-site at our office in Ottobrunn
