What's the role?

You will join the EMEA Field Marketing team of HERE Technologies in Berlin, to support planning, execution and reporting of events and marketing campaigns. The team is responsible to develop audience specific B2B marketing campaigns and events that grow brand and portfolio awareness, and support sales pipeline. You should be able to work in complex environments, communicate well with stakeholders across the company, and have a hands-on mentality. What You’ll Do

  • Supporting integrated B2B marketing campaigns: Help develop strategic campaign plans, identify the right media channels for the target audience, optimize campaigns based on data insights
  • Event organization, management and execution: event strategy, event preparation, execution and promotion (e.g. Location scouting, research catering options, facilitate the invitation progress, develop digital registration pages, etc.)
  • Work with our internal creative and brand teams, as well as external agencies and to develop messaging and creative assets (e.g. Webinar, Registration pages, E-mail invites, Social posts, Videos, etc.)
  • Support regular communication and coordination of internal partners, workshop preparation
  • Take over own specific projects and small events

Who are you?

  • You are enrolled in a University as a Master Student during the whole period (6 months)
  • Preferred field of study: Marketing, Media & Communications, Events, International Management, or any related field
  • Passionate about developing highly targeted, integrated marketing campaigns with a strong focus on event management and execution
  • Ideally first practical experience in B2B Marketing and/or Event organization
  • Advanced Microsoft package and Excel skills
  • Good planning and project management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • You pay attention to details
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German knowledge is a plus

It is a 20hrs/week contract for 6 months for a working student.

  • Applicant needs to have student status and must be enrolled in a German university in and around Berlin region.
