Your profile

• Strong interest in logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations
• Good command of English (written and spoken); German is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability of at least 15-20 hours per week
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
  
  
  

Your tasks

• Create and provide calculations for Fuel Surcharge regularly
• Create and provide calculations + report for the Hub & Spoke Invoice Split regularly
• Communicate with all stakeholders like people from PDC's, other departments, management, carriers
• Collect necessary data from system (AMOS and others) and PDC's, create logistics cost report
• Create and provide reports from system data regarding KPI: On Time Delivery, Transportation Claims
• Collect referral lead time data from the system, organize the data and report to management monthly
• Create separate referral lead time reports on demand
• Support the W/G and WGL with any transportation relevant investigation, for PDCs, HQ or Management requests or needs
