You will be an integral part of the import and export team for the EMEAI region, playing a key role in managing the seamless import and export of Production, Service, and Energy parts. Based at our location in Grünheide, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations, working closely with the team to ensure efficient and effective supply chain management. With our own Transport Management System (TMS), we are constantly seeking opportunities for innovation and development, and you will have the chance to contribute to the ongoing improvement and optimization of our logistics processes.

What You'll Do

Gaining an understanding of Tesla transport networks and supply chain setups

In depth knowledge of Transport Management System functionality, data, maintenance, and improvement of automatization

Using analytical and technical skills for data analysis, dashboard visualization

Developing solid understanding and ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders in fast moving environment

Able to support in different cross functional projects and shift focus easily when needed

Understanding and responding to disruptions in the worldwide transport networks

Being a part of an international Supply Chain Team driving frequent changes in transport set-ups & processes

Taking up ownership and responsibility for own (sub-)project regarding set-up of Transport Management System for GFBB production ramp-up

What You'll Bring

Preferably studying a relevant field like Supply Chain, Logistics or Manufacturing/Process Engineering

Abilities to quickly become acquainted with complex new topics

Challenging the status quo & eagerness to drive change

Analytical mindset and problem-solving oriented

A strong team player

High competence in working with Microsoft Office Products (i.e. MS Excel, MS PPT)

Experience creating operational metrics and dashboards using Excel, SQL and Tableau (or similar) visualization tools preferred

Fluency in English, other languages like German, Polish, Czech would a big plus

Candidates are expected to uphold and actively promote sustainability principles in their daily work, operating in line with Tesla Global Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) Policy and EMAS requirements, fostering a culture of continuous environmental improvement
