Working Student

Responsibilities

  • Support energy efficiency analyses for high-impact customer projects, using both our existing statistical analysis tool and, when required, customized code-based analyses tailored to specific project needs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our statistical methodology for evaluating and quantifying energy efficiency improvements in customer applications.
  • Support the further development of our Energy Efficiency statistical analysis tool, identifying improvement opportunities based on real project requirements and user experience.
  • Act as an interface between the Energy Efficiency business team and our development partners, translating business needs and analytical requirements into clear and structured inputs that can be understood and implemented by software developers.
  • Support the definition, testing, and validation of new features and analytical capabilities implemented in the statistical tool.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Digital Management, or a related field
  • Strong affinity for using digital solutions and an interest in their development
  • Ability to work in virtual teams (self-management, self-motivation)
  • Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new subject areas and technologies
  • Ability to think abstractly and innovatively
  • Goal-oriented and structured approach to thinking and working
  • Proficiency in using the MS Office suite
  • Comprehensive language skills in German and English

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
