AUFGABEN
- Personalstammdaten: Pflege und Verwaltung der Mitarbeitendendaten in unserem HRIS Personio.
- Vertragswesen: Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Bescheinigungen, Bestätigungsschreiben und Arbeitszeugnissen.
- Abwesenheitsmanagement: Erfassung und Monitoring von Abwesenheiten wie Urlaub, Krankheit und Elternzeit.
- Vorbereitende Gehaltsabrechnung: Kommunikation abrechnungsrelevanter Daten an unser Lohnbüro sowie Kontrolle der Gehaltsabrechnungen.
- Reporting: Erstellung von HR-Reports und Auswertungen für unsere Führungskräfte.
