As a Working Student HR at Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI), you will support our HR team in the execution of operational HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle. You will actively assist with administrative tasks, maintain employee data, and support employees with organizational requests. In doing so, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to the development of structured and efficient HR processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for operational HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, offboarding)
  • Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other HR-related documents
  • Maintenance and management of digital personnel files and master data in Personio
  • Independent administration and continuous optimization of the HR system (Personio)
  • Support of onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Preparation of monthly payroll in collaboration with an external payroll provider
  • Point of contact for employees and managers regarding administrative and HR-related matters
  • Creation of HR reports and analyses
  • Ensuring compliance with labor law and data protection regulations
  • Participation in the digitalization and standardization of HR processes


What you bring to the team:

  • Ongoing studies with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • Initial experience in HR is a plus, but not required
  • Basic knowledge of Personio or willingness to learn the system
  • Interest in German labor law and HR processes
  • Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
  • Strong service orientation and discretion
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
  • German/English language skills at least at B2 level
  • Hands-on mentality and motivation to work in a dynamic environment
