About The Role

L1 Support is critical for IT Operations Continuity and plays vital role leading to positive User experience. This role provides Dynamic work environments with variety of challenges which enhances problem solving and critical thinking ability of individual. Within this role you will primarily work with users who will walk-in with technical issues related to Laptops, Software and iPhones. Also, supporting colleagues remotely all over the world.

What You Will Do

  • You provide L1 Support for local employees regarding hardware issues (laptops, iPhones, docking stations) e.g. factory resets, driver updates, etc.
  • You assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
  • You perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
  • You take care of the documentation and hand-over of more extensive problems to your 2nd level colleagues
  • You support by documenting interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions
  • You maintain and update knowledge base articles and documentation
  • You ensure timely follow-up with users until issues are resolved
  • You provide excellent customer service and support to all end users

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Currently undergoing studies in field of Computer Science, Information Technology
  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, iOS, macOS) and software applications
  • Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Asap available for 20h a week for at least 6 month
