Job Description
- Support the Merchandise Management team with operational tasks surrounding stock replenishment processes of high-performing products and actions for slow-moving items in collaboration with suppliers
- Support Buying, Pricing, and Merchandise Planning teams with data-driven recommendations on assortment potential, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Continuously improve procurement and assortment management processes in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to increase operational efficiency
- Learning opportunities in analyzing assortment performance and derive optimization measures based on relevant buying and procurement KPIs at supplier, category, and product level
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Merchandising, or a comparable field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and data-driven mindset
- Proactive attitude with the ability to challenge the status quo and develop innovative solutions
- Solid MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- First experience in Buying, Merchandise Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics is a plus, ideally within an e-commerce or fashion environment
- Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
