Job Description
- In the LAYBELS Operations & Finance area, you will gain deep insights into the business and the processes behind our exclusive celebrity collections and events
- Support in the operational monitoring and reporting of relevant business KPIs
- Operational use and active contribution to the development of our internal AI tools, including for automated content generation
- Participation in short-term ad-hoc topics, analyses, and operational special projects
- Cross-functional exchange and collaboration with teams such as Marketing, Planning, and Buying
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Business Development, E-Commerce, or a comparable business-related field
- Strong affinity for numbers and interest in e-commerce and digital business models
- Analytical mindset and a structured, independent way of working
- Enjoyment of process optimization and working with data (especially Excel)
- Quick comprehension skills and motivation to familiarize yourself with new tools and topics
