Working Student (m/f/d) Revenue Management Excellence / PMO Support

As a working student in our program management team, you will play a vital role in developing digital Revenue Management solutions. Your work will directly impact the success of our Commercial Steering Program, where you will collaborate closely with the PMO, product owners, and other stakeholders.

What You`ll Do

• Support the PMO in driving the development of digital Revenue Management solutions, focusing on Offer & Pipeline products
• Contribute to the Commercial Steering Program's success through ad-hoc support, ensuring smooth communication and process adherence
• Conduct comprehensive data analyses and investigations to identify anomalies and inconsistencies in revenue-related processes
• Balance multiple concurrent requests from various stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and prioritization skills
• Provide project management support for specific products, maintaining dashboards and repositories using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to support global rollouts of Revenue Management solutions
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently, reaching out to team members for guidance when needed
• Ensure effective communication and documentation within the team, promoting a collaborative work environment and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Revenue Management and digital solutions

What Makes You A Fit

• Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably with a focus on logistics, business administration, technology or engineering
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for linking data to operational processes and open-minded, eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment
• Excellent communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating effective time management and prioritization
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the initiative to work independently and contribute to team goals
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with basic knowledge of Outlook (an added advantage)
• Commitment to working 20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours during semester breaks
• A keen interest in Revenue Management, digital solutions, and project management, as well as positive a attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within a diverse team
