Your responsibilities
- Support and co-lead the preparation, design, development, testing, and maintenance of new AI-based use cases for Innovation Radar projects, including lightweight agents built with Copilot Studio or SharePoint agents, as well as more sophisticated workflows embedded in Power Automate and involving AI agents.
- Support the further development, updating, troubleshooting, and improvement of already existing AI tools, automated workflows, and Radar-related prototypes, ensuring that solutions remain usable, stable, and fit for purpose.
- Help translate business and Innovation Radar requirements into practical solution concepts, user journeys, prompt structures, process flows, data inputs, structured outputs, and testing criteria.
- Support the orchestration of Radar workflows using Microsoft tools such as SharePoint as a knowledge source, Power Automate for process orchestration, Copilot Studio agents for AI-supported analysis, Excel or structured lists as data stores, and Power BI as a potential visualization layer.
- Test AI-generated outputs and automated workflow results for quality, plausibility, consistency, usability, and alignment with the intended business context, helping to identify issues such as hallucinations, missing nuance, weak source grounding, or formatting problems.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Uniper to refine requirements, improve user experience, and ensure alignment with internal processes, governance expectations, and outcome needs.
- Support documentation of AI use cases, solution logic, operating instructions, known limitations, testing results, and handover materials so that tools can be maintained and further developed over time.
- Independently manage assigned work packages and ensure timely and high-quality deliverables, while maintaining close coordination with the Innovation Manager.
- Present interim findings, prototypes, user feedback, technical learnings, and improvement proposals in iterative team meetings and during direct exchanges with the Innovation Manager.
- Conduct regular scans of AI-related updates across Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and related Microsoft ecosystem tools, to identify new features, capabilities, limitations, and opportunities for integration into Uniper workflows.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in information systems, business informatics, computer science, engineering, data science, digital business, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on AI, automation, digital technologies, or business process design.
- Strong interest in and foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence, generative AI, large language models, AI agents, prompt engineering, and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
- Proven experience or strong practical familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft 365 applications, and ideally Copilot Studio.
- Interest in developing practical AI and automation solutions that connect business needs, data sources, user experience, and technical implementation.
- Skilled in organizing and structuring information, translating complex requirements into clear solution logic, and summarizing findings into pinpointed, actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience in independently managing small projects, prototypes, automation tasks, or development work packages is considered advantageous.
- Familiarity with process mapping, workflow design, data structuring, testing, documentation, or low-code/no-code development is a plus.
- Basic understanding of responsible AI, data protection, information security, or governance considerations in enterprise environments is beneficial.
- User-centric, detail-oriented, structured, and proactive mindset, with a willingness to iterate, troubleshoot, and improve solutions based on feedback.
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team, including with colleagues from both business and technical backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical or process-related findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
