A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student, you will support the team in continuously enhancing its data collection and visualization capabilities, with a particular focus on the use of Power BI. Through your contributions, you will help provide location teams and management with transparent, reliable analyses and key performance indicators that enable informed decision-making and effective steering of strategic initiatives across the global real estate portfolio.
Your responsibilities will primarily focus on the areas of Data Collection & Management and Reporting & Visualization. In this role, you will support the preparation, analysis, and structuring of real estate portfolio data and help transform it into meaningful dashboards and reports. By doing so, you will make a valuable contribution to tracking, measuring, and transparently communicating the progress of strategic projects and initiatives.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Collection, consolidation, and management of project and initiative data across the global real estate portfolio
- Data quality assurance and maintenance of tracking systems, databases, and reporting standards
- Support of Power BI dashboard and report development, including ongoing maintenance and optimization
- Translation of business requirements into meaningful data visualizations and user-friendly reporting solutions
- Preparation and analysis of regular and ad-hoc reports on implementation progress, performance metrics, and portfolio trends
- Creation of management presentations and reporting materials to communicate key insights and findings effectively
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Initial experience with Power BI, data analysis, and dashboard development gained through academic projects, internships, or personal initiatives is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data analysis, data management, and basic data modeling and reporting concepts
- Understanding of data quality assurance, data validation, and data visualization best practices
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, time management, and collaboration skills
- Foundational knowledge of reporting principles, project management methodologies, and real estate or facility management practices
