Responsibilities:
- You will assist in day-to-day business as needed and have the opportunity to gain experience in a creative work environment
- Support in process analysis in the area of SaaS business as well as back-office support for our Sales teams
- Preparing Power BI Dashboard and maintenance of the dashboard
- Analyzing the data model and creating efficient solutions as per business needs as well as data visualization in Power BI but also understand Tableau dashboard already in place
- Support in documenting the current model in place and understand the complexities of the business
- Preparing various evaluations, statistics and analyses and conducting research, especially with regard to customer satisfaction, renewal and fluctuation rates
- Supporting the creation of Salesforce/SAP reports and dashboards as well as updating data entries
Qualifications:
- You are currently studying successfully at a university in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics or a similar course of study
- Interest in data modelling, ETL and data visualization.
- Very good expertise in Power BI, Tableau
- You have very good knowledge of the MS Office Suite, especially in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally, you have an analytical mindset and experiences in Sales, Project Management or Customer Success Management
- Affinity for working in international teams, good skills in interaction and effective communication with people at all levels and in different cultures
- Growth mindset and curiosity to understand the business needs and solutions
- Self-initiative, ability to work in a team as well as an independent way of working are an advantage
- You have a strong interest in familiarizing yourself with promising topics such as IoT and SaaS and have a quick grasp of new things
- Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile; German skills would be a benefit but is not a must
