A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student - Quality Management & Process Modelling (Governance), you support the EQS organization in modelling and improving governance-related quality processes and management systems. You help translate ISO 9001 requirements - including interfaces to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 - into clear and practical process models.

Working closely with EQS Leadership, Quality Management, and interface functions, you contribute to process transparency, internal audit coordination, and continuous improvement activities across the global EQS landscape.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Support of process modelling and visualisation for quality and EQS governance processes
  • Translation of ISO-based governance requirements into end-to-end process models
  • Alignment of governance processes with ISO 9001 principles and related ISO interfaces
  • Coordination and maintenance of internal audit planning, documentation, and CAPA tracking
  • Preparation of structured process views, governance materials, and decision-making support for EQS Leadership
  • Identification and documentation of process gaps, interfaces, responsibilities, and improvement opportunities across the EQS landscape


What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing studies in the field of engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, quality management, or a related field
  • Interest in quality management systems, governance structures, and process-oriented thinking
  • Basic knowledge of or strong motivation to learn process modelling methods and tools
  • Understanding of ISO management system standards, especially ISO 9001; knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 as an advantage
  • Structured and analytical way of working with strong attention to detail and documentation quality
  • Strong communication skills, very good English proficiency, and a reliable, self-driven mindset
