A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student in Digital Transformation, you will support the digitalization of Finance functions for Transformers (TR) and Switchgears (SG). You will help drive business intelligence, automation, and AI initiatives to improve processes, workflows, and data-driven decision-making.
Your responsibilities include analyzing business processes, preparing and visualizing data with Tableau and Snowflake, automating workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, and supporting the development of AI and Generative AI use cases. You will work in an international environment and contribute to increasing efficiency and transparency across Finance operations.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Analysis, modeling, and documentation of finance processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities
- Automation of recurring tasks and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools
- Data preparation, analysis, and visualization for business intelligence solutions using Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, and SQL
- Provide development, documentation, and implementation support for AI and Generative AI use cases in Finance, along with project coordination, progress tracking, timeline management, and preparation of management updates
- Contribute to internal enablement and user adoption by creating short videos, tutorials, visual explainers and step-by-step guides for digital tools, Al use cases and process improvements
- Creation of documentation, best practices, training materials, tutorials, and user enablement content to support digital adoption and international collaboration across teams and stakeholders
- Currently Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Finance, or Business Administration
- Strong interest in digital transformation, data analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence
- Initial practical experience in data analysis, process optimization, and workflow automation
- Knowledge of process analysis, project coordination, financial processes, problem-solving, communication, and independent learning
- Practical experience with Generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and Python for data analysis, automation, and AI-supported solutions
- Proficiency in SQL, data preparation, reporting, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Snowflake), with basic understanding of APIs and workflow automation tools such as Power Automate
