Your Role in the Team

You support our team in leveraging AI to improve how we work in sales and business development. By helping to build and refine tools, processes, and workflows, you contribute directly to making our commercial activities more efficient, structured, and data-driven.

You’ll work hands-on with data, systems, and AI tools to support customer understanding, reporting, and process improvements. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll help shape how we scale and continuously improve the way we operate.

Your Tasks:

• Support the development and continuous improvement of AI-driven tools and workflows for sales and business development
• Help design, test, and refine automations, prompts, and AI use cases to increase efficiency and scalability
• Contribute to building internal tools, templates, and systems that improve how we work with data and customers
• Structure, clean, and connect data to enable better AI-supported decision-making and reporting
• Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and tracking frameworks with a strong focus on usability and automation
• Collaborate with different teams to understand needs and translate them into practical tool and process improvements
  
  
  

Requirements:

• You are currently studying (e.g. Business, Economics, Data, AI, or similar) and will stay enrolled for at least 12 more months
• You are highly interested in AI, tools, and building solutions, not just using them
• You enjoy working hands-on with tools, data, and systems and figuring out how things can be improved
• You have a builder mindset: you like creating, testing, and optimizing workflows and processes
• You think in a structured way and can translate problems into practical solutions
• You are proactive, curious, and comfortable experimenting with new tools and approaches
• You enjoy working in a team and sharing ideas openly
• You have excellent English skills (German is a plus)
• Ideally, you have first experience with AI tools, automation, scripting, analytics, or CRM systems
