Internship Performance Marketing

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Intern to build our paid marketing from zero. Nothing is in place yet, so you'll set up the ads, the tracking, and the reporting, then run and improve it all. Real ownership.

About Shift

shift, a company by microagi, pays everyday workers to record short videos of the tasks they already do (in kitchens, workshops, job sites, and warehouses) to help train the next generation of AI and robotics. We've already paid out millions of euros to 25,000+ workers across 15+ countries, and we're expanding into new countries week by week.

What you'll do

• Set up our paid marketing: campaigns, tracking, and reporting
• Run the daily work: launches, budgets, audiences, and ads
• Watch the numbers and improve results: cost per signup, conversion rates, channel performance
• Run A/B tests on funnels, landing pages, and ads
• Report clearly on what's working and where to spend the budget

What we're looking for

• A builder at heart: you take ownership and want to scale this, not just keep it running. Ideally you've done something similar before, in another job or your own venture.
• Keen on marketing and online ads, good with numbers, and self-directed: you can read a dashboard, know what to do next, and manage your own work
• Comfortable with common AI tools, and how to put them to work
• Bonus: experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or analytics tools
