Based in Munich, Vision Healthcare Group is looking for a creative, digitally native, and agile Working Student in Brand & Content Marketing to join our EU Brand & Content Marketing team.
This is a hands-on role where you will support social media, content creation, and marketing campaigns across European markets while working closely with multiple international teams.
We are looking for someone who understands social-first communication, enjoys creating engaging content, follows digital trends, and wants to gain real-world experience in an international marketing environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Brand & Marketing team in growing brand awareness across European markets
- Assist with social media management and content creation for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations
- Help create and manage social-friendly content, including UGC materials
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support campaign execution and timelines
- Support project tracking, documentation, and day-to-day marketing operations
Your Profile
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, social media, and digital culture
- Passion for content creation and storytelling
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital trends
- Basic familiarity with creative tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Interest in AI tools and digital technologies is an advantage
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
Languages
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must
- German is a plus
- Any additional European language is considered an advantage
