- Support the global governance and administration of HubSpot across markets and teams
- Assist in maintaining standardised processes, structures, and usage guidelines within HubSpot
- Help monitor campaign execution through asset creation, campaign set-up, and performance reporting
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across contact, company, and lifecycle data
- Support documentation, stakeholder coordination, and the communication of HubSpot standards and best practices
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field
- Strong interest in marketing automation, digital transformation and organisational development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively, while German is optional
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Marketing Hub and experience in project management are a plus

Working students may work up to 20 hours a week during the semester and full-time during the breaks. Staying within this keeps your student status and the Werkstudent benefits.
