Launch your career in the international series industry! Join Seriesly Berlin for Season 03 and gain hands-on experience behind the scenes of one of Europe's most exciting festivals for serial storytelling.

As a Festival Intern, you will become part of our international team and contribute to the successful delivery of the festival, conference, and industry programme. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, gain valuable insights into festival production, and build a strong network within the audiovisual industry.

We are currently offering internship opportunities in this area:

• Guest Management

You will support this department while collaborating closely with the entire festival team.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the planning and execution of festival and conference activities
• Managing festival databases, mailings and administrative workflows
• Organising travel, accommodation and guest communications
• Working closely with volunteers and helping ensure a smooth festival experience

Who we're looking for

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and proactive people who enjoy working in a dynamic international environment.

You should:

• Be based in Berlin.
• Be enrolled in a university programme requiring a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum).
• Have an interest in film, television or the audiovisual industry.
• Be organised, solution-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Enjoy communicating with guests, partners and international participants.
• Be comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Speak fluent English and have a good working knowledge of German.
• Previous experience in festivals, events or cultural organisations is an advantage but not required.
